Each item is handmade in Oregon. Because all of these items are handmade and not mass  produced by a large company, you may see some small imperfections, such as a slightly off-centerd label. None of these impact the quality of the candle, and we hope they bring more value to you because they are handmade with care, high-quality ingredients and a passion for bringing your adventures to life!

• Before burning, clear any debris from your candle, including any soot that has built-up on the wick. This will help with a longer, cleaner burn! Keep away from flammable materials. Burn in a well ventilated room that is free of drafts. Burn atop a heat resistant surface.

• Always trim your wick to a quarter inch before burning. This prevents the flame from growing to big or giving off too much smoke. Trim with nail clippers or a wick trimmer.

• Burn candle until the wax pools to the edged. Burning for less time can lead to 'tunnelling', which leaves a build-up of wax around the containers sides. This will also allow for the biggest, boldest scent possible.

• Discontinue use of a candle when ½” of wax remains at the bottom of the jar to prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface the container sits on.

Processing time is 1-7 business days. Our regular shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 1-5 business days.

​​For all orders within the US, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10 for larger orders or any order containing a jar. For smaller orders, such as a sample pack or single tin, we have flat shipping rates of $6.50 or $8 depending on weight. Shipping candles is expensive, but we want to treat those who purchase larger quantities of candles with free shipping on all orders over $150.

If shipping is delayed for any reason, a banner on the website will indicate what to expect regarding current shipping conditions.

​During this time, we are currently only shipping within the U.S and Canada. Shipping to Canada is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Any shipping overcharge will be refunded at the time of shipping.

 Using our Mystic Mists is a breeze: Easily refresh your space by gently shaking the bottle and then spraying the mist into the air, allowing the fragrance to weave its magic. For a more lasting embrace, lightly mist linens, pillows, blankets, curtains and other fabrics.

You can spray in your car or mist your clothes in your closet. Remember to conduct a patch test on a discrete part of any textile before applying the mist liberally, ensuring your quest for an immersive experience remains a delightful one.

 Each snap bar is made from 1.75 oz natural wax and high quality, toxin free fragrances. Keep in mind, the potency of the scent is influenced by the strength of your melter, the size of the space and amount of wax used. The strength of the scent can also vary depending on the fragrance chosen, as some have a lighter scent while others tend to be a bit stronger.

Wax: Each wax melt is made with a luxurious Coconut wax. Our natural wax is vegan, gluten free, toxin free, paraben and phthalate free.

Fragrances: Our premium clean scent fragrance blends are phthalate-free and California Prop-65 free – excluding ingredients that are known carcinogens, reproductive and organ toxins and other hazardous chemicals.
