Orders ship out within a week of your order being placed! We only ship Mon-Wed to avoid our candles sitting in a warehouse over the weekend to limit the chances of melting occurring. Our regular shipping method is USPS Priority Shipping, which typically arrives within 1-3 days (may take longer depending on COVID-19 operations).
If shipping is delayed for any reason, a banner on the website will indicate what to expect regarding current shipping conditions.
If you need your order by a certain date, please include the date you need the candles in the comments box during checkout. We cannot guarantee arrival date for any shipment, but we will do our best.
During this time, we are currently only shipping within the U.S and Canada.
For all orders within the United States, we offer a flat rate shipping of $10. Shipping candles is expensive, but we want to treat those who purchase larger quantities of candles with free shipping on all orders over $150.
Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout.
These wick trimmers are made out of black steel. They work well for cutting wood wicks, especially in deeper containers, like our 8.5oz candles.
